Education where I am from, in Africa is not much fun. The teachers always seem to find a way to make the subjects really Abstract and complex. So oftenly it is very hard to appreciate the beauty of science and the fascinating nature of the symmetries and realities that exist in it.

However even with such a veil of ignorance and abstraction I was able to fall in Love with one subject called Physics.
Link
I fell in love with this subject for two reasons. The first reason is simply becuase the subject seeked to explain every thing from a logical point of view.
Secondly what made me love it was how simple it was. Well, it is true not everyone agrees with me on this lol! Well I let you know the difficult in Physics comes from the way you percieve it. Physics is a subject of beauty. With quiet Beautiful and fascinating results.
Sincerely someone had to hold my hand and make me see this beauty. And that person was no other but my high school teacher whose name was Mr Nsom Peter. This man made me fall in love with just one aspect of physics which sparked so much love for physics in general for me.
However over a long period of time I have come to realise that our educational system is void of motivation and it isn't focused on truly building and developing any one. If our educational system was passion based that is if people truly loved what thet where studying they would have been very creative. Passion breeds creativity.
Alot of people do not love the what they are doing which serves as a major problem.
Imagine a teacher who doesnt have passion for teaches, what do you expect the students to learn from such a person? But if a teacher is truly passionate then his main goal will be to truly impact the students with knowledge.
If students become passionate about what they are studying they would be remarkable change in the creative prowess of the students. We might just be on to mentoring the next Einstein's of our generation.
Education in cameroon is geared towards writing exams rather than truly learning this is a major set back in the process of learning most students are not focused on learning rather there are focused on exams.
If this country is planning to emerge in the time it has postulated then they should be a reformation in the philosophy of education in Cameroon. I believe that education which is fuelled by aspects of passion is always fruitful and has a lasting effect on people.
If a child is a passionate about football and you see the potentials of that gift in him. I believe that such a child's potential could be fully exploited in that field if he is mentored early enough and rightly.
Below I will be listing some sectors I think if my country is to emerge fully they would have to invest fully in them.
1.) THE SCIENCE SECTOR
This is the most undermined and underrated sector in cameroon is the science sector. The field of science is the cornerstone for emergence in any country. Developed Countries are called developed becuase of there level of technological advancement. We must consider the relevance of science and intuitively and strategically develop effective methods of raising and mentoring science initiatives in Cameroon.
2. FARMING
Link
the popular opinion farming is one of rhe highest sector that increases the GDP of a country. Most countries income increase as a result of farming. Amazingly Cameroon is one of the African countries that has a large farming sector.
3. ARTS
A country that predorminates in the Art sector is always a center for touristic attraction and adventure. If and only if every job in our country could become an Art then it would it would possible to get more creatvis and adventurous in the process of creating.
I urge you all to invest in education, it is a sector for the future. The future is not for the hard working hands rather it is for but harwordking brains. Lets make education fun for everyone.
Have a nice day

You made many vital points in this post! Science, farming and arts are really sectors underrated in Cameroon. And all begun from the base. The way the subjects are taught aren't inspiring I assure you that I'm a science student and the only subject i truly had passion for, was computer science because the man had a way to put it that amazed me how one could do such.
But today we have people who got into the teaching sphere because if the matricule and how then will they dispense information with love?
Thanks fir this post and I hope that it reached the right eyes
