Don't you know you are a leader? From the beginning of time, leadership has always been the propulsive force of society. It has become the core of our society, everything revolves around it. I just want to add that leadership is life.

Leadership is nice, and there are many advantages of leading, as leading gets tougher, the sweeter the taste of leadership. You start feeling better about yourself and you develop confidence in your capabilities, thus, boosting your morale, and the desire to lead become even more greater than the fear of becoming a follower.

Become a Leader in life

  1. Know Your Destination. Imagine you are an athlete, competing in a marathon but you don't know the finishing line, would you be leading in in the marathon? No, you wouldn't. Every leader needs a specific target, knows the direction to take, and where the finishing line is. Leaders work towards an accomplishment, they don't work aimlessly.

  2. Take full Responsibility for Your Actions. Leaders don't blame others for their mistakes, and they don't make excuses. Leaders have full knowledge of their mistakes, and they understand that whatever mistake there have made, there owe it to their choices and decisions. So they own up and find solutions to the said action.

  3. Develop a Leading Habit. Leaders develop over time. You need to form a leading habit, and habits are hard to develop. To succeed in doing this, your perspective of things need to change, you have to see things as puzzles to solve. Challenge yourself daily to do things you were not doing before. Leadership is habit

  4. Don't let the fear of Failing keep you from leading. Don't be afraid to fail, see failure as an opportunity to learn and strife. Don't lost your motivation when you fail, let the failed attempt act as a guide to help you succeed in your next endeavour.

  5. Become a Daily Learner. Leaders are learner's. Try learning new things everyday, read a book, mingle with people you can learn from, do things differently. Because when it comes to leading, have knowledge boost your morale.

You are welcome Sir

Wow thanks for the write up .

Wow, this is great.... I am particularly interested with the 4th point. Fear. Fear has cost a lot than people realize. Fear will always limit people from achieving their full potential, and until we step out of this cycle of fear, we forever remain in our comfort zones and lead a life of limitation.

Thank you for this✊

You are welcome Sir
