Hi everyone!
You know when I started posting on Steemit, implementing what I learned, I realized that content creation is not that difficult.

As a Steemian, the only thing you should be focus on when posting is not what others say or value. The only thing you should be concern about is what you are passionate about.

Once I started creating content on steemit, I realized that I didn't need the best ideas, nor did I have to be like others. I only need a strategy that wins. And to be candid with you, I did not only succeed, but I felt fulfilled and satisfied.

As a Steemian, if you were to base your efforts only on the above advice, you will do just a lot, posting all sorts of post.

On several occasions, I have heard @chiabertrand and @thegreens in attempting to give us what we need to succeed on Steemit, and this is what I have heard them say repeatedly.

I think they said, "it is consistency. As Steemian's, we can't control the reward pool, since upvoting is unpredictable." And to add, the only thing you should be consistent on is about what you are passionate about.

This is where strategy comes in to play. Ask every Steemian who is succeeding and he will tell you, the secret is to create a posting strategy for yourself.

Your strategy will enable you to be consistent everyday, when the votes are coming, and when they are not coming. But the challenge is in knowing how to create a posting strategy that will not just win at all times, but to make you succeed as a Steemian.

While interacting with other Steemians, I come to realized that many are looking forward to having what I call "the perfect posting strategy" before they can start creating quality content on steemit. That's why every day many Steemians resort to posting diary games.

One area of difficulty I had as a Steemian that even caused me to plagiarized was my struggle to post something that is perfect. To create a post that would trend.

What I have realized so far is that no writer is perfect at all times. There are times that your post or write up will be terrible. And the irony is that sometimes, this terrible post are those that earn the most.

If you create a posting strategy for content creation in 2022 with this mindset, you are going to succeed more than everyone looking to be perfect before creating content from their area of passion.

SPECIFICS OF A STRONG POSTING STRATEGY

A strong posting strategy should be:

Specific. Most people failed in creating a posting strategy because they don't know how to be as specific as possible.

There's nothing as confusing as a vague strategy you know. When you are creating your strategy, do your best to be specific as possible.

For example, if you want to be creating content on relationship, you will want to be specific with the area of relationship you want to address.

Below is a list of some non-specific themes and how there can be define:

• Dating - What to do on your first date. Etc
• Parenting - How to bring the best out of your kids. Etc

I think you got my point right? Be specific as possible.

TESTED. No matter who Mentored you on content creation strategy, you will remain a newbie in it until you try it out by yourself. That's when become strong and experienced in your domain.

When you test a thing, you build confidence. You will never be a master in a specific domain until you know the ups and downs of that particular domain.

What you know is still an idea until it is tested and proven. You become a professional when you gain experience in what you know. And your confidence level increases with experience.

REPLICABLE. There's a loophole in testing strategies or ideas in that no matter what you have learned, some of the ideas or strategies won't just work for you. So don't just depend on testing what your mentor thought you. Some strategies are ambiguous.

So, whatever strategy you create, see to it that you can replicate and execute it. Without which your strategy will be a nice piece of paper work.

ORGANIZED. Know exactly what you want to be posting about. If you don't, then you need to be organized. This is the hardest, but most necessary of all.

Most successful Steemians are super organized. They have to-do list, check list, and journals to track their progress.

NOT COMPLICATED. You have to make sure that your posting strategy is not complicated, especially if you have other responsibilities that are competing with your time.

GROUNDED. This means that your posting strategy should be based on some logic in the community. If you are a Steemian, you'll want to start looking at how your content can improve the quality of transactions on steemit.

By doing this, you increase your chances of earning upvotes from other Steemians, thereby growing a following.
