Successful people don't do random things, they do things differently. And most at times, people ask: What do they do differently?

They simply form habits of doing things that unsuccessful people don't like to do. And the things that unsuccessful people don't like to do are the same things that successful people don't like to do either but they still choose to do it. Unsuccessful people don't like to get up in the morning, Successful people equally don't like to get up in the morning either but they still choose to get up anyway. Unsuccessful people don't like to work hard and successful people don't like to work hard either but they choose to work hard anyway.

It is okay to ask whether all those who don't consider weaknesses as limiting factors fools? Don't they have limitations in their life? The answer to that question is: Positive thinkers are not fools. Successful people are people who recognizes limitations, but focuses on the strength. Unsuccessful people recognizes limitations but focuses on the weaknesses.

How can a person turn a weakness into strength?

Successful people know how to turn weaknesses into strength. Imagine this sales person who was sent to a very unproductive community by an advertisement company to sale Bibles. Within a very short while, this sales person become the top sales person in that company. During their annual convention, the best salesperson is always invited to come share their secret. When he came to share, they realized that he can not talk properly. He was a chronic stammerer. When asked how he manages to become the best salesperson, he said, "when I move door to door, I knock at the doors, anybody who opens, I used to tell them not to border buying, they can just choose to allow him to read to them while they listen, then if they one then they can buy. Then he said as I stammer along, the people will just say I will buy. And they will just buy anyway.
