I will like to share with you my first experience of attending Annual Stated Meeting and Addit Report Of my Church The Presbyterian Church Of Nigeria Okuiboku Parish Itu Akwa Ibom State Nigeria,it was really an amazing meeting.

Morning Record a(Main service)
In the morning I attended the morning service which was a normal Sunday activitie ,i arrived at the church house at exactly 9 O'clock Am ,i meet with the praise and worship songs,so i joined from there, it was a wonderful experience that members were very active in Church services.
After that moment of praise and worship,they main service started at exactly 9 30am, it was conducted by the minister in-charge of the church Rev. Okon, the first and second Bible lessons were taken from the book of Jeremiah:17:5-10 and 1 corith 15:12-10 and (B) part from Luke gospel 6:17-26.

It really a short service because of the main business meeting of the church, that is 2024 Annual Stated Report Of the church.
After the preaching which I really enjoyed and appreciate the man of God for.the sermon.
It was later a moment for dancing and thanksgiving,so members were appreciating God through songs and dance.
So by 11 O'clock AM,the first service was closed and the arrangement of the Annual Stated Meeting was arranged under 45 minutes which was still in the church Auditorium to be commence by 12 noon.

Afternoon Record (2024 Annual Stated Report Meeting
It was a wonderful day in my church at the My home town that after church service attention of the members was drawn that no one should go after morning service so that they should attend the meeting and contribute to the development and also having knowledge how church funds are being used,so that they can ask questions were necessary and different congregations, groups to present their reports.

So by 12 O'clock at the dot,the meeting started and the First was the Report From the Board which is the body set up to look into the activities of the church to present her report and was done by the chairman, after that was the Audit Report from that was presented by the Auditor of the church.
So other units of the church were giving an opportunity to do same,

After that moment of filling all reports from different units and body's of the church by 3:40 pm, there was a break for refreshments to continue with the meeting.
The Evening Activities (Question Time)

By 4 O'clock pm the meeting continue again and I appreciate the spirit of some members for staying till that moment though some of them went home.
During this question time to be responsible for each heads of the unit and a contribution for solutions from the congregation .
It was a very important moment because a review of some reports were made and questions arises.
I was given and opportunity to asked questions,so I responded from my observation from the Main General Audit Report from the Auditor., these were my few questions.

1• Why Did the Board chairman be absent from court which the church had a Case between with the community that took over church property
1• In The Audit report, one of the problems was loaning funds and they recommended that these loans should be returned,my questions arises from the Page 2 of Details Taking of figures,Why is that the loan column is empty nothing shows how much was loaned
So the chairman thank me for that observation and questions and pleaded that I should write to the Board of the church for improvement. After that moment questions and answers were filing in so.it was a stressful day in the church because of this meeting which is an important meeting because in any business one have to have a Annual Stated Meeting with different head of department and members for financial statements . It was a nice day of activities and it shows that people love the business of God and their concern was 100% appreciate by the minister in-charge Mr Okon and finally,the meeting was closed at exactly 6 O'clock pm.
Closing
It was really a wonderful day of activities in the church and I took time to pick the document one after the other for reference purposes. N/B : All images are original from Redmi A3 my device
