Hi to all my fellow stemians, hope you are having a great day, in the writing and images below am going to show you how I spent my day during Christmas.
My sister got me up EARLY in the morning at around 6a.m. We had to get up early because we had some cooking to do. So immediately we headed to the kitchen. With the items we bought from the market the previous day we started mixing the ingredients for baking. We baked two cakes 🎂. As ingredients we had 10eggs(5eggs per cake) , 2 sachets vanilla sugar, 2sachets of levure chimique, 200grams of sugar, 2 sachet butter, half kg of flour, medium size tartina chocolate. For my story not to be too long , I will spare you the details of the baking process. With those ingredients we baked two cakes, one chocolate cake and another simple cake we decorated with chocolate. We didn't actually use any measurements we just mixed until we felt the texture was ok before putting in the baking pan. Some sugar and flour still remained. And the cake did came out great.
With that done we attacked the salad 🥗 we had to slice the white and red cabbage , with the carrots. Also we added some slices of cucumber, tomato and onions. I also did salade sauce as ingredients for that we have vinegar, mayonnaise, liquid milk. With that you have great sauce to eat the salade with.
That done there was eru and chicken stew in the freezer. We removed it and warmed it by adding some Maggi ,salt or oil where applicable and cooked the complement that is boiled rice for stew and turned waterfufu for the eru.

Christmas is good when is celebrated as a family. When everything was ready we served it on the table. And everyone was called at the table. My Mom asked me to give a word of prayer, which I did and the food was served. Everyone ate and drank satisfied
After that at 3pm my mother wanted to take my nephew for a trip in town , on our way there my anties children to came along with us. So we went there for each person we had to pay 500frs to get in. So we were 8 of us . My Mom payed and we got in.
The my anties children played with the others on a giant balloon were you could actually jump as well as climb. While my nephew was not very happy about that he cried the whole time. I finally figured out that he doesn't like crowd.
It was really an exciting place to be as there were many things the children could play there with. There was even many PlayStation with giant TV were children could play football, hitman ect.

After about two hours ( 5pm )my Mom bought ice cream for everyone and we headed back home. At the house we gave my antie's children cake and juice . And they went back to their house.
As I was exhausted with all that went on during the day , when the children left, I immediately went to my room to rest. And that is how I spent my Christmas. Hope your day was great as well 🥰.
