This year, one of the things I told myself I was going to be doing on a daily basis was exercising.
I told myself that I was going to be doing any form of exercise for at least 10 to 30 minutes every day.
In January, I started with 10 minutes but I am currently at 30 minutes dairy. I exercise before taking my morning bath or before going to bed at night. So, I've been very consistent. I never knew I could take it this seriously. Or is it too early to brag about consistency? 🤣
What type of exercise do I do? Just normal simple things like taking a walk, skipping, squatting and dancing. I've literally been having fun.
When I see those ladies with good shape, I crave to look like that but where I stay isn't close to a gym and that isn't an excuse not to stay fit…that's why I started from somewhere.
I believe there's no excuse not to get whatsoever one wants to get. It's either I stay close to where there is a gym nearby or I exercise at home.
I saw an app that helps with the dancing steps and I am loving it already.
For the past few weeks, I've come to a conclusion that exercise is more than just losing fat. I think it keeps the mind calm and helps the brain too.
I feel very relaxed after my morning exercise routine and I sleep well at night after my night routine too.
There is this comfort I wasn't feeling before now. My stress and anxiety are reduced too. I never knew that exercise has such abilities.
I also carried out a little research online and I saw that exercise also enhances heart health, boosts energy level and improves mood.
I agree with everything , especially the improvement of one's mood. Trust me, I feel extra after each routine.
I recommend this to everyone. It doesn't have age restrictions. Anyone, everyone can do simple exercise to stay healthy.
