Hi guys good morning and happy Sunday to this amazing family. This is Aunty Agi on the bits , I'm good today and I thank
God marvelously.
I bring to share with you guys my experience of mindfulness practice it might sound funny but it works let's have a grips of it.

WHAT IS MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness is the most basic effort of a person to be deeply aware of where he or she is and what activity you're engage in for example concentrating on the this piece of work you are reading to bring out something meaningful. For instance when you are eating, walking or drinking you pay attention to that particular activity taking place that is mindfulness.
Practicing mindfulness.
It seems tedious but very simple, as we all know that mindfulness is a state of being focused on what you're doing, feeling or sensing at a moment without interruption and interpretation.
This can be done through regulating your puls of breath and other practices to relax the body and mind such as singing and meditating.

MEANS TO FACILITATE MINDFULNESS PRACTICE
Isolate a cool and calm place to avoid distractions, it can be created within you, just distract yourself from noise and stay focus, listen very well to your breathing pulse and be timing it, council your mind on what to think and don't be hard on yourself when you drop out of focus. I mean like in a single breath you can think different things at a time, but here you focus on the breathing pulse or whatever activity you're doing, stop imagination, stop negativity just stay focus for two minutes and listen to your mind you will testify. It is simple but very tactical, do it often as one of the morning duties to make it a routine. Also listen mindfully when others speak.

BENEFIT OF MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness practice has a lot of benefit especially health wise try it out, it reduces stress and relaxses the brain for better memory and know when to caution.
Mindfulness practice reduces careless thoughts and too much anxiety and also improve sleep.

Mindfulness practice has a lot of benefit especially health wise try it out, it reduces stress and relaxses the brain for better memory and know when to caution.

I agree to this point very well because if we practice mindfulness, we won't be thinking so much because overthinking can lead to malfunctioning of the brain or even leads to high blood
