THE DIARY GAME: 04/09/2021

Hello goodevening ,hope you all are doing well?
Dear diary,Today was a good day,motivational and very interesting.
I woke up by 6am..said my prayers...made breakfast 🥞...took a bath and headed for a meeting with models for the Folk light fashion show.The meeting was done by 11am

So I headed to up-station for a talent show precisely THE RED FEATHER YOUTHS TALENT CHALLENGE
It was a hall full of young people and they were very excited about everything happening ..shouting and clapping and whistling to every speech and every talent display.
There were some experienced artist and people from the film industry and some who have been in show biz for a while giving talks and motivation.
Some of which spoke about;
Taking ur destiny in ur hands
Being unique from ur environment first before other places...as in finding what makes u unique from ur town or local area first before targeting other regions or other countries

Believe in urself first...if you don’t believe in urself how do u expect others to do same...you have to believe in ur talent and ur skill and be confident and proud of what u do
75% of the work has to be done by you...you can’t expect someone to make you grow..others can only offer 25% but the rest is left for u to work out

***Knowledge in itself doesn’t change anything but what u do with the knowledge is what matters....it’s not how much you have studied but how far you applied this knowledge ✌🏼

All the speech followed with dancing..singing ...modeling...peotry and others
Emphasis from all the advise was based on CULTURE...that is dressing style and language...your arts should start from where you come from...BE PROUD OF WHO YOU ARE and use your skills to sell ur mother land first .
I left there seeing a lot of talent and I was really impressed.
I left with headache too cuz of all the noise but it was fun being there.

I was there and I don’t regret it...I got home at 4:30pm and it was rainy and so cold...I ate and rapped myself in bed....woke up again at 7pm decided to check online and see what I can catch up with...
It’s 9:30 and m off to bed again
