Good morning, good afternoon & good evening depending on your location my good friends in STEEMIT. I'm grateful to know that you all are strong and healthy. I am fine too. It's my pleasure to bring the 2nd Episode of Significant Commercial Plans to all my friends in this ecosystem.
I'm happy that the Episode 1 was helpful to those that had interest in farming businesses but had little or no idea of kick starting it. Many people private chat me and thanked me for the little ideas I shared on Agricultural businesses.

One may have passion for Building and Construction business but doesn't have the Idea on how to start it. Especially those with low financial strength. If you are the one, then my 2nd Episode of this article is mainly for you, yes you that is reading it.
Sales of Building Materials
If you have passion for the above mentioned business and you don't have much capital to setup. The idea is; use the little you have and open a small shop and start selling building materials such as wheel barrows, Hammer, Nails, Binding wires etc. Then develop a savings culture.
By saving from the little profit you make in few months, you add Cement, Roofing sheets and other building materials like Timber. If you are consistent and committed to this business, you will be amazed seeing yourself achieving your dreams in building and construction business. Note that all great men you see today started from little. And how they started is not far fetched from the ideas I've just shared.
After some years of being a successful business man in this line of business, you can attend seminars and also acquire some skills like Architectural designs / AutoCAD drawing, Building renovation, Road construction services etc.
When you've acquired these skills, if you are a Nigerian or you live in Nigeria where I come from, you can then register your business with Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C) and start soliciting for contracts from Government parastatals, Agencies, Corporate bodies, Schools, N.G.Os etc.
Once you get your first contract, rent tools/machines from a construction company and put your company imprint on the job. Avoid using inferior materials to do your job. If you delivered a perfect job with your company information on it, calls will start coming for more contracts.
All you need at this stage is your Company letter headed papers, Company stamp, Complementary cards, Receipt booklets etc. And get an office while your building materials shop is still running. I can give you 100% assurance that if you apply these ideas of mine, you're going to achieve your dreams in Building & Construction Business.
