Hello hello hello to all, i bring to you how the wonderful day i made in Bamenda was. Since I was out of town i couldn't score another hat trick but it was worth missing coz of the passing away of a Senior, brother and friend. Called Brian who left us just at the age of 26😔

My lost brother

Dear Diary,

Morning

Waking up today was cool though not as i used to back at home. I got up at 6am coz i slept late at about 3am. Since I was not home there are some stuff i couldn't do freely. So i committed all my activities into the hands of the most high God and asked the Holyspirit to guide my path.

I woke up and @chiabertrand had already left to fetch water. I expected him to carry me along oh hahaha but he kept treating me as a prince 🤴. Quite embarrassing for me. So I sat on the bed and began trying to trace how the day is gonna be like.

Brushing my teeth

Immediately I got some water and got my teeth brushed while he was cleaning the house. Sincerely i felt uncomfortable not doing anything merde. Didn't have anything to do but begin writing my diary of the previous day while we continued discussing.

Bertrand cleaning

Breakfast

When he was done cleaning i lost sight of him for sometime and saw him coming back only with a black paper at hand😂 little did I know he wanted to prepare breakfast and it landed infront of me like bammm!!!
I would've refused coz i was on a fast but for the sake of honour and respect i had to diminish it.

My breakfast

I finished with the breakfast and we continued chatting and in the course of the chat i began chatting with unku daddy grand @saxopedia and told him I was around but won't be for long. Looks like he was even more busy than I was.

The Journey

Then I received a call from the my friend i was to meet at city chemist so we take a car together to mile 8 mankon. We arranged that at 10:30am we meet there but I couldn't make it on time.
Immediately I changed up and Bertrand saw me off to the road.

On our way
At the burial

I arrived city chemist and trekked to food market where I met with Cathy and together we boarded a taxi. Just on the way, we met other classmates heading to the burial and we chatted in the taxi till we arrived the destination.

We arrived and just 15mins after the corpse of our friend and brother arrived. I felt chills all over me, my spirit grieved, my heart became heavy as flashes of the moments passed with him at school kept coming to me. I thank God for self-control which made me not shed uncontrollable tears there.

After sometime the corpse was buried but I didn't want to see how they put him to the ground so I stayed out on my chair meditating upon myself. Finally it was over and I searched for Betsy, my classmate and close friend who is the deceased sister. Her countenance was obviously a sad one, as i hugged her i felt a quarter of the pain she felt. She gave my own shirt but I couldn't even put it on coz it was so heavy.

The Refreshment

The family showed us where friends of the deceased were to be received so Cathy and I went that way and I met other friends. Pathetically it's a burial ceremony which brought us together again😔 i felt so bad.

Something funny happened as they offered me beer and I declined, but there is this classmate of mine who was surprised and asked me "MJ what's wrong? Have you changed?"
Cathy and I just looked at her and we laughed. Finally i ate water fufu and eru and drank some Malta.

When we were about leaving i called for Betsy so we could take some picts.

The Departure

After the pictures Cathy and I left back to the road with other friends and luckily we saw an empty taxi which took us back to city chemist. I took another bike back to finance coz i was to travel back immediately to make sure I get back to Bafoussam on time.

I arrived the park at 3:53pm and luckily I met an almost full bus, just paid my ticket and sat by the door, little did I know the luck was not a good luck😂.
The journey was long...
Immediately we kicked off from the park it was 4pm and rain began dripping. While in the bus, it seemed as though i was outside walking in the rain. Perhaps it was better i trekked back to Bafoussam coz the bus wasn't in good state and rain washed me to my pants as water left from outside and passed through the joints of the door and continuously watered me from my back through my right leg. Another girl also sag behind me and the same happening to me happened to her. Despite all complaints, the driver didn't do anything coz even a towel he didn't have. I quietly accepted my fate and tuned all the volume of my worship to maximum and sang to the glory of Jesus.

Arrival

I arrived Bafoussam finally at 8pm and looks like the rain was intercontinental coz as we arrived mbouda, the same which happened to me before the checkpoint continued and I was resoaked 😂.
I dropped out of the bus shivering coz the cold in Bafoussam too was wonderful. I headed directly to where there was fire beside the park with the aim of warming up a lil but I couldn't profit of the place without buying something.

My lunch
I stood there and to my surprise I had already spent 600frs😂 cheiiiiii but I was warm a lil and it began to drizzle again. I rushed out and took a bike to the house. Jesus Christ! I shivered my life on that bike. After 10mins of shivering, i landed home and gave out the bread i brought, went to my room and went to take a cold bath immediately.
After my bath
After my bath as you can see on thee picture my right leg had changed coz all my right side was wet. I dresses up warmly, made some tea and drank then discussed a lil with my parents and siblings before going back to my room to prepare my sermon for Sunday morning.

That was how I spent my day. Thanks for reading through all this long post and God bless you .

Jesus loves you.
