Hello to all ... How are we doing hope we are great. In our society to many people don't still like salad and I don't know why salad is very good for our body depending on how to we prepare it. I will just talk on how we can prepare it and also it benefits on our body.
Method of preparation
When take our cabbage slice it that is white and red cabbage as we all call it grete our carrot .
Then use viniga and put in the cabbage and allow for some time then wast the cabbage with water and drain it using and draina . Slice onion,kikomba if you like. When cabbage is well drain you then take your tray and dress it the way you like.
How to prepare the soup
If you eat like use eggs if you eat row eggs , mayonnaise,surgar a bunch of salt ,small water with a his ingredients you take bowl put surgar inside and put you eggs and creem together then add maynnonise put milk in water and add inside the beat it well using a spoon and then put in a fridge to cool if you like but if you don't like the salad creem you use olive oil.
How I did my own and my kid sisters enjoyed it so well and they were so happy
Salad has many benefits on our body such as ; it ease degestion, reach in fiber,has vitamin C ,E and many others so those who don't like it should better like it oh especially my friend @fannyuy
