Hello Steemians I woke up this morning and the first thing I did was to go do some workout and jogging. It's pretty cold in my new quarter and I need to keep body and soul together. I need to do exercise to
ensure that I heat up my body. When exercising the blood vessels regulate faster and cause the body to be in good shape and temperature.
I took off at 6:00am and was back home by 7:00. That's a 1 hour workout plan. As soon as I got home I took my bath and after that made some tea with bread and fried egg which I ate and was getting ready to leave.
After break fast, I had to go down town to get some stuff for my kid brother. Since he's still undergoing much medical care and attention,we are obliged to take very good care of him.
I was to go buy things like : milk and brown choco for tea, aswell as some food stuff for the house.it was really cold on my way down and I had to take a pullover because the clouds were already dark and cloudy as if it were to rain. That's the normal routine up here though.Rain falls every now and then making the whole place wet, cold and muddy.
On my way down the sun began to rise and made the atmospheric view worth watching and beautiful too. You can imagine a morning full of heavy rains and out of a sudden there's sunshine.
I finally made my way down town and got everything I was told to buy. So I took a taxi to drop at the junction with the intention of buying some sweet oranges for my kid bro and every other person at home. I bought the oranges and took a bike home. Most are often scared of taking bikes into our quarter because of too much mud and the road becomes very slippery as a result of heavy downpours. But today the case is totally different so I could comfortably take a bike home
