Beyond The Darkness: Finding Light In Despair

Good day all, we live in a world where people die just so untimely and at some point, we keep asking ourselves, what's the cause? Because some deaths are not just natural, we lose young, ambitious and Future Leaders so early, why is it so?

Last I checked the suicide indices in America, it was shocking that every minutes more than 20 people reportedly die by suicide, I went on to check the age most of these victims are and I realized, these are just young people at around 17-40 of age, this is just disheartening.

Coming back to check the possible cause of these mysterious deaths, I realized most of them had a thing or two going on with them that they couldn't share with anyone because the society will stop at nothing to judge them and make them feel the worth close to nothing.

I have watched a friend hanged himself and I was broken, everyone kept telling him to be a man when he was going through financial crisis, even his rich uncles couldn't do anything, but when he committed suicide, one said "he should've just said something", I was so pissed that I had to leave the premises because I could remember Gideon pleading with the same uncle to atleast help him with what seemed to be a drop in a bucket from the uncle but he refused to, I did all I could to help a friend but life was just unfair.

People don't just help you, they will rather pay huge transport fair to visit your graveyard than pay a token for your hospital bill. Where is humanity again? Where is the meek spirit? The willingness to help each other is dying down, oh! Who will save humanity from this calamity?

When did we suddenly become judgemental to the point we loose of our sense of reasoning, I cry whenever someone commits suicide because he or she is scared of how the society might react even when they are dying inside.

Please, if you are going through this, remember that there are still people out there that will never judge you, there are people that are ready to listen and help you the best way they can, hold on tight my friend, don't take your life for whatever reason please.
