Hello beautiful people hope you all are doing great today. I am going to share my today's activities with you guys. I started my day with a word of prayers ,then I brushed up had my bath and and went to the market to purchase foodstuff which I had to cook. When I got back from the market I cooked, clean up my home and had to visit my neighbor who's wife just put to birth at the hospital.
On my way to the hospital to visit my neighbor,
I saw a plant that is very medicinal . The plant is called "Siam Weed", "Independent Plant" and common language it's called "achakasara" the scientific name is " Chromolaena adorata ".This plant is very effective for those who are suffering from gastritis .
HOW TO USE IT
Wash the plant very clean ,cut about four heads of the plant and eat per day for about a month and thank me later
This plant can be used as first aid for wounds
It helps to prevent diabetes and high blood pressure
It is good for maleria. For prevention you mix the plant with their bathing soap so that they can be bathing with it. Thanks for reading guys
