Waterfowl are known for a stay in one place without relocating. the only factor that can cost a displacement of waterfowl is if the environment has been tamper with(reconstruction)
It is not advisable to feed waterfowls, they consume aquatic plants. Most people are fun of dumping uneaten food for waterfowl which can turn out not to be proper nutrition for the Waterfowl.
