Beautiful morning my beloved steemians across the globe, I am still your girl @missyleo, greeting you from #nigeria. Hope you're enjoying the week already as it is already Tuesday fast fast.

I want to share my Sunday activities with you all, as you all know that Sunday is always my favorite day in the week, because it's day I will go and say thank you Lord for all He has done for me.

Waking up that morning at 5am, I said a light prayer then picked up my phone and played my choir song, the song we are to minister as a choir in church, I had to placed it on repeat so that it will take me through my preparation for church.

My church time is usually 7:30am and I had to cleans my system using herbal liquid substance called Ukebe in my local dialet (ENEMA in English). I normally take that when I don't feel so well in my body and if I don't want to take English medicine 💊, I will just opt for this Ukebe since it's a fast relief of all yama yama (toxic) particles in the system, though I was and I am sound in health but just wanted to cleans my system since it has been long i did that.

I will be showing you the process I took in preparing my herbal substance for my system cleansing.

The herbs I used was bitterleaf, I pounded it into pieces and soaked it in water overnight to ferment.

My enema properties

I used warm water to mixed out the substance, so that it will go well in the cleansing process.

After mixing the warm water with the herbs, I poured it into a pail and filter out the herbs particles out.

After I was done filtering the particles from the substance, I poured it into the enema container and used the pipe attached to it and insert it into my rectum through my anus, I waited for few minutes and it started purging me, that was when I was free of all the yama yama (toxic) in my system.

After purging everything out I took my bath immediately and dressed up quickly because the time was moving very fast, as it was about few minutes past 7am.

After dressing up neatly and modestly I stepped out to church.

Thank God immediately as I go to the main road I saw a bus with an empty space in the front seat, I didn't even wait to price the driver, I just hooked inside and say very well and relax.

Getting to the church, the Sunday school lesson was still going on, so I went in quietly to the choir stand and sat on my seat comfortably with a brief prayer before joining the rest in the Sunday school class.

The whole church activities went on smoothly and awesome. After the pastor has give the benediction, announcement was made for all the departments to wait for a brief meeting but I did not wait because I had a lot to do at home, knowing too well that the brief meeting is not always brief as they say.

Before I left the church premises I had to take few shots to commemorate the day and also as a steemian.

As I left the church I went straight to the market to buy some food items since there was no single food at home.

The market was so full and it didn't seem as Sunday, so I went around and bought all the items I wanted sharpenly without delay.

As I got home, undressed and into some light, went straight into the kitchen prepared the food quickly and it was done and ready for eating.

After eating I rested awhile before heading to the salon to make my hair. As I got there my stylist was making another person's hair so I had to wait for some minutes for her to finish with the person.

It was a very simple style that I wanted. The style is called shuku (all up weaving), I wanted that style so that I can use my afro wig and attach to it.

After she was done plaiting my hair I paid her the charges and she thanked me very well and I left back home.

Later on my friend came visiting that evening, so I made noodles for us to eat since it was already time for dinner.

After eating to my satisfaction, I drank enough water and I became so tired because I was so filled up.

Few minutes later sleep started calling my name, that was how I retired to bed without updated you.
