The Diary Game/Betterlife: 11/06/2021

Hello Steemians
It's been quite a while, hope you've all been well! Today I woke up about 4:00am , went outside eased myself and came back in. I then decided to work on some songs I had to play at the congress hall later in the evening,the songs were about 6 so I plugged in my keyboard and worked on them for almost 2hours. At 6:00am I was called out for morning devotion,we had our morning devotion as usual for 1hr. Immediately after that I went outside, brushed my teeth and washed my face. I had a lot of work during the day so I was really snappy with what ever I was doing.

After doing all my morning chores I had my breakfast. I had to live my house latest by 11am so I prepared the dress I was to wear during the program in the evening ,did same for my laptop and midi keyboard,I put everything in a bag then I left the house . This program was a church program held by “The Ramah Christian Center” so we had to go there early and set the sound to avoid any inconveniences . So After I left home I went to a friend's house who was leaving closer to the Congress hall,he is also a musician. When I arrived there,I rested a little bit and some few minutes later one of the church pastor came and picked us up in his car.

We had to pick up equipments in about 5 church branches and put in his car,we had to go to like every part of town to pick up all the equipments we needed. After we did the pick ups we came to the Congress hall ,it was about 2pm . When we arrived there the sound engineer that was hired was still trying to finish his own setup,so we quickly carried the equipments we brought to the stage and did the setup there,by the time we could finish it was already pass time and the hall was filled with people. Good thing we brought our dresses along so we looked for a place and dressed up .

When we came back from dressing the program had started already,we mounted the stage and sat on our various instruments. We had various sets of people who performed ,the hall was so full that there was no space to even stand. The program was so good that it stayed to about 9:00am, a guest artist who was invited from Nigeria famously known for his song “The woman with the issue of blood” sang and people didn't want to live. Given the situation of our town 9:00pm isn't the best time to stay outside at night. So immediately they closed I dismantle my keyboard,took the money they had to give me and left the place.
Getting a bike wasn't easy but thank God I arrived home safely 🙏
