Ways our government can confront climate change in Cameroon

Hello steemian hopes you guys are all waxing were in your daily activities @nuahfabian which to share with you the ways the government can use to mitigate climate change in Cameroon. Climate change we all know it affects both the developed and the underdeveloped country ,it is a global phenominan as individuals we all know our duty to help reduce the emissions that cause climate change,but what are the role of the government seeing it as their large scale action are fundamental to the welfare of their people ,it is proven that climate change is as a result of human activities each year leaders cross the globe meet to discuss action which can help to prevent and prepare for climate change.as individual or community most of us understand what we can do to reduce emmision,use car less , engaged in family planning recycle more ,save energy.below are the messure used by the government to mitigate climate change

• Protect and restore key ecosystem, respecting of nature is fundamental to every society government protecting the ecosystem is the key to fight climate change, healing the natural system is the most feasible realistic and fair option since it benefits humanity and all species. features such as rivers , ocean,forest wetlands, mangroves which serves as a barriers against tropical storms and wetlands absorb excess water from flood "interm of conservation and restoration we are in a race against time,as we are already beginning to witness alarming natural phenomina like forest so degraded they are losing their ability to absorb carbon"

• support small agricultural producer ,the Cameroon government can encourage small agricultural producer such as organisation which are out to produce organic vegetable in the urban areas to increase their scale of production through sub-version ,aids or agric shows that has not been active especially in the crisses region of north west and south west of cameroon.industry such as mean industry is responsible for a greater proportion of all green house gas emmision, exceeding those of the transport sector of the country, today greater part of all agricultural production goes towards feeding animals not people as a result of expansion of land for livestock and the crops to feed them is the most significant cause of deforestation in the part of our rural area of Cameroon . government of Cameroon can make a difference but supporting small Local producers who unlike large scale factory employ sustainable practice care about land restoration and make animal and crops more resilient to climate change.it is important for everyone to becoming vegetarian's.

• promote green green energy, greater part of global emissions comes from energy production ,as country become more developed,there is also need for more energy production while the thermo electric and hydro electric energies were considered the cheapest option technological development have allowed us to find better cheaper and more efficient alternative,the government therefore have to think of diversify forms of energy .
