My ingredient for today's meal is fried pangas fish. This fish is usually very oily. Children can't eat this fish because of the oil. However, this fish has less bite so it is convenient to feed children. So children can eat very fondly and taste the meat inside this fish like that today I will show you the cooking method. I learned this recipe from my mother in law. In this way pangas fish was roasted and eaten by us since then I like cooking this fish very much. I prefer this dish because I love any fish fried. And if the fish has to be cooked like meat, then there is no question. I don't eat this fish very much ever since I had this recipe cooked by my mother-in-law and I love this recipe.

Below are the ingredients used to make this dish and the step by step process.
Step 1,
First, pangas fishes are cut into small pieces like meat. And smeared them well with turmeric salt.
Step 2,
Then heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, fry the fish. The fish should be fried a little hard.
Step 3,
When the fishes are deep fried I keep them in a bowl.
Step 4,
Now heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions and chillies in the oil for frying.
Step 5,
When the onion turns brown, add all kinds of spices one by one. Turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt are added to the spices. Add garlic paste and a little ginger.
Step 6,
When the masala is grated, now I will pour the fish. Then I will take the fish for a while.
Step 7,
When the fishes are grated, I will add a small amount of water this time.
Step 8,
This time, the fish will continue to cook for a while, when the broth comes out, I will close the oven.
Step 9,
And sprinkle a little ground cumin over the fish. It creates a nice flavor in the fish.
Step 10,
The fish is cooked now. This time I will serve pangas fish in a bowl.
