Cabbage Chutney recipe |

I have used all the ingredients to make the cabbage chutney.

Step 1,
First I chopped half the cabbage and washed the mangoes well.
Step 2,
Then I put the cabbage in a pan and put it to boil with salt.
Step 3,
Then at one place I took garlic and some chillies. Along with garlic batter and ginger batter.
Step 4,
Now put a pan on the stove and heat the mustard oil in that pan.
Step 5,
When the oil is hot, I will add some panchphoron and dry chilies.
Step 6,
After that, when the oil boils, add turmeric powder and chili powder.
Step 7,
I will mix the spices together and after mixing, I will add garlic paste and ginger paste. Then mix the spices well.
Step 8,
Now when the spices are mixed, I will pour the blended mango that I had blended some mangoes.
Step 9,
Now the spices should be extracted for a while and a little salt and a spoonful of sugar should be added.
Step 10,
Then mix all kinds of masalas. When the masala boils, add a spoonful of coriander powder.
Step 11,
Then add half a cup of vinegar inside the spices.
Step 12,
Then I will add the boiled cabbage that I kept in the masala.
Step 13,
After that I will continue to stir for a while. In between, I will add some whole green chillies.
Step 14,
After adding green chillies, when the cabbage chutney becomes slightly dry, I will sprinkle a small amount of tasting salt.
Step 15,
Now put a small pan and heat mustard oil in that pan. Then I will wait for the oil to boil well.
Step 16,
When the oil is hot, I will pour the oil into the cabbage chutney.
Step 17,
Then the chandni should be stirred for a while and after that I will sprinkle some garam masala powder and panchfo color powder and turn off the chutney.
Step 18,
My cabbage chutney was ready in this final. The color looks amazing. If this chutney can be eaten with hot hot khichuri, then it is very fun.
Step 19,
Then I will serve the chutney in a bowl. Now if this served chutney is served on the dining table in front of friends or family then the dining table will be crowded.
