Introduction

I have come across people who are not willing to listen to a music and find it highly distracting in a particular scenario, and trying their best to ignore it. I think this is to prevent their mood from taking a new shape, triggered by music.

You all will agree with me that music has a very powerful influence in changing the mood of a person. Different kinds of music has different effects.

I don't understand the mechanism by which it affects me, but music harmonizes and resonates with my emotions deep within.

I believe Music influences people a lot in their day to day life. It can change your mood from bad to good mood, as it can also give one hope/motivate. For me, I don’t always like to listen to the same style of music all the time. There are different types of musics, depending on your mood.

There are several ways to control our mood with music, be it when we are stressed up, sad or happy.
