Disasters are physical events that cause a change which affects people as a whole and their livelihoods. Disaster and humanitarian works involve quick rescue, medical help, assistance of basic supplies like water, food and material supplies like cloths. Due to the nature of different activities in these work, the challenge is shared to different stake- holders like the non-governmental organizations , help agencies, government and media throughout that recovery periods. These periods are preceded from plan developed strategies to mitigate and prepare those affected.

Moreover, the responsibility for action in disaster and humanitarian operations is believed to be a public sector issue. Instead, the assistance from stakeholders in the private sector have increase in relation to the attention received by the vulnerable. Logically private stakeholders have been considered the importance of private sector since some world major disaster response like the Indian Ocean Tsunami in 2004. These sectors are gaining grown in Africa and have help in response and action participation to help those in need.

Stakeholders have a key role to play in providing aids and services to the vulnerable within the response and recovery periods. The private stakeholders always benefit because providing goods and services makes them to learned and develop their business so as to act in critical situations, like the case faced during disasters.

Moreover, this attract the media attention to participate in disaster and humanitarian operations with a contract relationship despite other efforts to coordinate during the response to the disaster. Despite all these benefits, the participation of private organizations in disaster and humanitarian operations lays mostly on the knowledge gotten from humanitarian organizations for working in collaboration with private organizations.
Despite the increasing use of paper reporting, the importance of private sector in relation to disaster and humanitarian works, in relation to the organizations act in disaster and humanitarian environments isolated and not consistent in these papers.

Moreover, many stakeholders always play intermediate role with other stakeholders and it is even more important to looked into the different forms of engagement by not only looking at the interaction in the relationship between two stakeholders but also focus on the fast and other hard relationships.

It is important proposed some strategies to analyze risks, challenges, and benefits for private organizations relation to disaster and humanitarian environments. This will enhance the chances of finding more important information which will go a long way to increase the likelihood of those affected by an event. This piece of work portrays how private organizations respond to situations in relation to disaster and humanitarian works how they look ahead.

This piece of work aims to identify the different forms of relations in disaster and humanitarian operations and the role of then stakeholders.
