Greetings Steem Cameroon

It was yet another week for this community to host the engagement Challenge. The week was quite an exciting one, as many contestants of this engagement contest showed a great deal of creativity and uniqueness in their posts. The turn out of non plagiarized posts was positive, as we had a 100% score of uniqueness. We have never been this happy with the quality of content entries in our community. We once again appreciate the Steemit Team for this opportunity and their support given to our community throughout this contest.

As compared to last week where the rate of entries dropped because many were somehow scared of their drawing skills, this week we came up with a writing competition but which could still entail drawing too because it was to know if the participant could tell us about their talents.

Week 3 Topic: Are People Made or Born?

Steem Cameroon takes the opportunity to thank all participants for taking the time to participate in this week's engagement with us. Talent is relative to each and every individual, one person may have a different talent from another, but every individual has the ability to learn and improve on any talent he or she has. This contest was given and we believe that most people had a flashback of what they began to do effortlessly from when they were born. Others had teaching, drawing, singing and even football as their inborn and learnt talents. Steem Cameroon looked at how original and creative the delivery of the entry was to grade.

Just Like the previous week, Steem Cameroon created a google sheet to follow up and track all entries for this week.

Club Status

As one of the rules, all participants need to be members of either club5050, club75, or club100. We still had entries from non-club members, which we reviewed and encouraged them to endeavor to power up and join club5050.

Winners

Selecting this week's winners was challenging since more emphasis was paid to content quality and level of engagement. Steem Cameroon notice a drastic drop in daily engagement this week as compared to the previous week. Some participants rely only on their grade obtained and forgot about the engagement. More guidelines on how Steem Cameroon chooses the winners can be seen in the Awareness post.

In conclusion, this week's engagement gave us a great experience and a knowledge of what talents each of us have gathered and mastered from childhood. The Steem Cameroon community is somehow disappointed in most participants who want others to comment on their posts but not comment on theirs in return. We hope to see a great deal of seriousness and engagement in the next session.
