Life is full of up and down but that doesn't change the fact that we need to associate in other to keep ourselves functional and happy.
At times I used to hear other saying that,you like to associate with so many people but that is because person has his or her own way of seeing life.
But to my own perspective, I think in life we need to associate with other peoples to get what we need to know. they reason is because life is all about learning and understand through association.
Something we need to do to associate and keep ourselves functional are as shown below

•Monitoring

Sometimes we need to observe to understand by association with other by always using a systematic
Sometimes we need to listen to news such as radio stations, foreign program,and also try to always ask technical questions that has to do with your mood but direct those questions in a technical forms.

• Working Memory

Here, it has to do with human thinking such as reason and also try to explain the ability for how long you memory can hold back information but sometimes it is go to move around with friends to gather more information and ask more questions about other people to know to interact among your peer.

This is always important because it is also part of excitement and relaxation within your peers.
Sometimes western movies are always the best for such internment example are 3idiots, it is not a funny video but it is an educative video.

It is also the best form of intertentment where it help us to calm our selves for better understanding of the truma or any form of emotional torture we are going through such as love , project, quarrelling etc.
