Hi to everyone on STEEMIT. I’m a student and I’m currently now under an industrial attachment program in one of the most prestigious Micro finance institution in my town. So to the question, can i live without the internet based on what I do? The answer is NO. also, I’m glad that I’m taking part in this ‘’internet contest’’ on STEEM CAMMEROON.
Firstly, if I should begin, I will like to first ask myself this question. What is an internet? The internet is a global wide area network that connects computer systems across the world. Also, it is quite evident to the important roles the internet is playing in our societies nowadays. for instance, because of the internet so many social platforms have emerge such as the whatsapp, instagram, telegram, faceboook and many others. To this tremendous development, I as one has enjoyed a lot of closeness with my relatives far and near and even up to date, I am still proud of the internet because I’m still connected with my love once.
More to that, search engines such as Google, yahoo, Ask.com and others has really been so so beneficial to me as a student in all aspects of my life. Because of the internet, most of this search engines have been serving to me as a teacher guide as It has been providing to me what so ever question I may ask of it to provide.
Further, as I student the internet has been somehow cost effective and affordable to me most especially to the reason that I’m able to have an android. This is due to the fact that the internet provides means for people to be able to make video calls with their laptops and phones. Also through video conferencing, I have been able to attain some of my lectures at my convenience both at home and even in the institution were I’m carrying out field studies. Most especially, since the outbreak of the coronavirus, the internet has been the number one source where I have been able to learn from articles.
