The Diary Game: How I Spent My Day||18/11/2024||

Hello my Steemian family, greetings from @uyaiuyo with love.
Hope we're doing pretty good. Please, stay with me as I share my Yesterday's Activities.

In the morning, I woke up, say my prayers, exercised, carryout my morning chores, prepared breakfast with Custard and Akara, prepared the kids for school, served them breakfast. I packaged their lunch with sweet potato and sauce and dropped them off at school.

At about pass 11 am, I went back to their school to pick my baby girl to the hospital for her 3 years and 6 months immunization.

We arrived at the hospital, baby girl was so lively and Happy because she knew it will not be injection. Baby girl is a needle phobia.

We moved to the immunization center and the nurses there attended to her. I submitted her immunization card, her weight was checked and recorded and she was immunized orally.

Before we left the immunization center, baby girl demanded for some chew chew which I provided for her and she was very happy. I also got her small earrings at the immunization center since people sometimes mistook my baby girl to be a baby boy... Smiles.
She rocked her earrings with reckless abandoned... Smiles

Infact, as a mother, when taking your kids to immunization center, just go with miscellaneous expenses because everything your child needs is being sold there. Things like cream, soaps, cereals of different kinds, clothes, shoes, earrings, biscuits, candies buns etc. I equally got some for her to gift to her brother in school.

We left the hospital and I returned her back in school. Baby girl was doing a touch of shakara for me and even told me that she'll show her teacher and brother her new earrings. She ran to her class.

While she was going, something captured my attention. I turned and met few pupils in the school "waiting area" while teaching was still on going.

I stopped by to asked what they were doing out there when class is on going and their response got me teary. They all chorused that they're out there because of school fees.

Their parents couldn't complete their fees that's why they were sent out of the class to the school "waiting area". I was so disturbed and wished I had enough money to help out. These kids may not write examination because examination is starting on Monday 25th November, 2024. I know times are hard but I pray God should provide for their parents.

In the afternoon, I was already prepared to go and make my hair. I like making my natural hair since I am carrying a virgin hair. I arrived at the salon and the stylist (a guy) started making my hair. Omo, like this I met a very shy person yesterday. I haven't make my hair there before so I decided to give the place a try.

I paused to pick up my kids in school since it was already time for them to return. I brought them to the salon to wait while I continue with my hair.

After making my hair, the stylist gave my eyebrows a good shaved. Aww! Throughout making of hair to shaving of eyebrows, it was as if nothing was going on on my head because I did not feel any pains on my head neither did I feel pains while shaving my eyebrows. The guy is good at what he does. We went home after everything.

In the evening, I prepared dinner, served the kids and I, bath them. I showered too and waited for hubby to return since he already called that he's on his way home and that we should not sleep.

Zoomed, daddy got home and the kids were already asleep. I received a package from him but didn't know what was the content until I opened the bag. Brethren, I opened and zoomed; one full plate of bush meat with correct fresh palm wine mixed with small stout. Omo, like this, I just sat down and enjoyed myself and even forgot to take pictures until when I was almost done eating it.

Chai! I was so filled up, had to excused myself to sleep... Lol
That was how I spent my yesterday.
