Steem Cameroon Poetry Contest Season 10-DIVORCE

Hello guys, hope you all are doing fine. I have missed this completion and the competition has sure missed one of its prolific writers. In this past weeks I was really tied up by some stuff but here I am back and hope you enjoy.

#1 WHAT IS DIVORCE ?
In the easiest terms possible it is the parting between a couple that is legally married.

#2 WHAT MY EXPERIENCE OF DIVORCE IS
Really I cant spea on such a sensitive topic, not only have I never been married, but my parents by God's grace have never divorced. I am sure that it should have crossed their minds atleast half a dozen times , Marriage is not really easy at all and just like that cracks begin to occur on the marriage and one day it gets broken, it's like the cracked sides don't seem to mend, The both people part way , causing voids in the life of the children and also in their own lives.
To experience such is painful, and the way it's rampant today is a proof that marriage is not more as sacred as it was before ,
it has become just like dating, it no longer for better and worse just better only.

#3. POEM ON DIVORCE

Started up like a fire work.
Could give anything for us to work.
Where we at, up and down no talk.
Problems slim at the start
now seem to have eaten pork,
fat, perhaps began when we couldn't talk.

Every one getting busy with work,
filling void as large as a truck.
Remember the start, pretty flower to pluck
First sight , hit me hard as a rock,
every night and day in my mind you stuck.

The picture blurry now we struck inevitable now, we part ways, we blocked
The Kids then, will they take this?,
suffering cause of our deeds.
Innocent like sparkling beads
fragile like the planting seeds
Our drama looking like the Creed.
you just want to be freed
is giving us another try worth it?

Baby, oh sorry is not now enemy?
speaking earlier on with Kenemi
wish I was good at keeping at Kameni.
Ending what ought to be a long journey,
one I planned for years to be many.

Wish we could do more than the sorry,
it's not yielding any fruit not any.
Since we must say goodbye Berry,
I hope this ends peacefully.
Still love you dearly,
But I have to let you go baby.
