Message after booking online
Previously that day my big brother booked my ticket online, My bus take off was scheduled for 11:30am. By 10am I was already set to leave the house. I had to wait for my brother who was to drive me to the park. At 10:30am we took off for the park. The traffic was not that much soo we got to the park by some minutes past 11am. We met the bus was been loaded so my brother went inside and got my ticket soo my bag could be put inside the bus. After my bag was put in the bus, I got into the bus, sat down waiting for 11:30am soo the bus can take off.
At exactly 11:30am the bus took off. The hostess said a couple of things in French. I dint hear all because I barely understand French and she was soo fluent😌. After about an hour drive, the hostess brought juice and water asking each person to choose either water or juice. So many people chose water. I chose juice😂. I thought that was it. Some few minutes later she brought a small sealed pack which had rice and sauce with fish in it. To think it was my first time I was very surprised that they given people food in a bus😂. Well I was satisfied with their services because to think the normal fare from Yaounde to douala is 3000frs. But their VIP service is 8000frs😤 you can imagine. They needed to give us some chewables even before the food😂.

UNITED EXPRESS AGENCY is the best I have used soo far. Very clean, air conditioning, comfortable and a very good customer service. I guess that’s why the VIP is soo costly. But it’s worth it. I will recommend that if anyone can afford it then try using this agency when going to douala from Yaounde or vice versa.
I think once in a while if one can afford then it’s good to experience certain things. I call it “TRYING NEW THINGS AND AS SUCH GAINING EXPOSURE”.
Waow waow, this is so good, I didn't know we had such amazing vip services oh. Hmm from yaounde to douala up to 8k. They should have even shared take away. Merde!!.😂😂
