Happy weekend to you all my beautiful Steemit Family😊. I bring to you my diary of today, showing you all my easy groundnut stew recipe. Other call it groundnut soup it’s the-same thing. Read, Enjoy, Try it and come thank me later😊

MY DAIRY

It was a very cold and foggy morning here in Bamenda, which made me delayed with my preparations for school. While preparing, We received a message that the class has been postponed. That dint stopped me from carrying out other activities of the day. I went on to taking my breakfast then head off to the market to buy foodstuffs so I could cook something.

COOKING PROCESS

I bought Fish, Sachet tomatoes, Maggi, Spices and pepper. The Groundnut I had at home I took to the market to blend together with the spices I bought.

_{Ingredients I bought}

PROCESS

• I washed and cut my fish into required sizes.
• I placed a clean pot on the fire, put oil in it, when the oil was hot I fried my fish.
  Note; This is because I prefer cooking my Groundnut stew with fried fish. Fresh or dried fish can be used it all depends on how you like it😊.

• After Frying the fish, I fried my tomatoes in the same oil till the sour taste is lost.
• Then I poured into the Tomat my Blended groundnut and spices.
  Note;I normally mix my Tomat and spices before frying but since I had to blend in the market I mixed the spices with my groundnut this time around
• When the groundnut was well cooked I added in my fried fish and let it cooked for about 5mins.
• My groundnut stew was ready😋

• My tomatoes was not sufficient.
• accompanying my Groundnut stew was Boiled rice.
• When the food was ready, I ate, slept, woke up and studied.
