we use it to cook a lot of delicacy such as Egusi soup(melon soup), it can also be use along side with water leave to cook vegetable soup, we also use it in cooking yam porridge.
it health benefits is numerous, we fetch some fresh ones and squeeze out the water and drink, the water serve as antibiotic and also immune booster. the squeezed leaves can also be apply on any skin having infection. i also highlighted some of it benefits on my wall.
