My Final Smoke & Coffee - Set Your Mind, GET IT!!!

I was addicted to the habit of smoking too. I quit cold turkey when I was sick.

I'm always fiddling with my toes, rubbing my toes together, or my fingers on my nails and such. I have nervous ticks, so you might be experiencing the need to fidget or have a nervous streak.

Sometimes I have days where I feel "I'd smoke right now." But I think it's an emotional flashback, not the traumatic kind, but one all the same. I know that smoking now would harm me because ever since I quit, my lungs are more sensitive to cigarette smoke, and I'm allergic to vape vapor because it has the same properties as perfume, and I'm allergic to perfume lol

Good luck! The first few days are the worst, obviously. What helped with me too was figuring out why I had smoked in the first place, why I would smoke, and then replacing that with something healthier, a better way to cope with stress, trauma, etc. You can do it, I believe in you! :)
