Santiago Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

6 eggs
250g (8.8 oz) powdered sugar
250g (8.8 oz) almond flour
10g (0.35 oz) baking powder
20ml (0.7 fl oz) Sherry
single lemon peel

Nuances

  • Almonds soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes. Clean, dry and grind to a state of flour.
