I can't seem to edit/fill in/save the details of my profile on D.tube...what am I doing wrong?

Hi,

I seem to not be able to fill in and save the details of my profile on D.tube - what is going on or what am I doing wrong?

I log into D.tube by using my Steemit posting key, I fill in the details of my profile - such as location, avatar and cover url and steem username etc, then I click save and every time I return back to this profile page - all the information I have just completed and filled in, disappears! I tried it multiple times for about 1/2 an hour and I can't seem to save the details of my profile every time...why?

Can someone help me and give me advice!?
