How important the first impression is?

In this video, I just explained my thought on creating a good first impression. I was strongly believing in making a first impression will succeed everyone needs what they are trying to make.

Here in this video I just took my mobile, for example, I brought this phone not just only for the performance and the speed but also for the good external look. Hope you guys really enjoyed the video.
