Sometimes our mental stability is threatened by fragilities and these fragilities are brought about as a result of things that unsettles and makes us imbalanced. In life it's important we evaluate our choices of emotions, what to feel and what not to feel because these are the things that exposes and threatens us.
Without a doubt it's important we understand that having some particular kind of feelings can harm us. Some people has the ability to cope with such while others do not and cannot.
