Government Deceives to Gain Compliance - Cop Says Playgrounds Aren't Closed Sign Says Different

Government Deceipt! Playgrounds are closed...NO THEY ARE NOT!

The playgrounds aren't closed...NO REALLY! Time after time while taking down these signs, fences and caution tape I'm told by order followers that they aren't arresting or citing anyone for violating these orders from governors and mayors. I am told they are focusing on education not enforcement. Everytime I have said it's because they have no policy/code to enforce. That is why they aren't enforcing these orders on people goind outside for the most part. There is no code to enforce that will stand up in court. Now if a person is breaking another code/policy then they can be cited for that but these enforcers know they have no grounds when it comes to extortion or kidnapping attempts for violating these orders.
