MUSIC: Outside (Official) by Ikson

I take the Volantex Phoenix 2000mm (unstickered) out to Hill 60 for some sky tearing!

Many of the kinks are worked out. I have a little rudder mixing in with ailerons, but it really doesn't need it. The Phoenix is a very easy to fly plane - glider or otherwise.

She's still annoying to have to assemble and disassemble when taking her out due to the 2m wingspan, so I'm finding I'm also just chucking up the SuperEZ, because she is so little fuss when you just want UP.

What I like about the Phoenix:

  1. The SIZE!
  2. Gliding capability
  3. Extended flight time
  4. Stickers were NOT applied (so I left them off)

What I don't like:

  1. The SIZE (I have to pull it apart to fit in my tiny car)
  2. Before I changed the flap settings she took AGES to land.
  3. Heavy to hand launch
