I end up with a grand mal seizure. I felt it coming so I got in bed where I'd be safe and waited for it to happen. I need footage like this to show to my neurologist so they can know what it looks like. I had no idea what my seizures looked like until this video since nobody bothered to record an attack and they don't last long enough really to really do that without a 24/7 running security camera.
