For me Publish0x is the most reliable and has the best rewarding model where both the author of a post and the voter earn. And it's them paying for the tips not you. The only thing I disagree is the fact that the readers can keep up to 80% of the Tip for themselves.

Saw you writing about Noise.cash, another spam heaven that haven't visited for more than a year now and just remembered this Noise.app thing which I thought was the same, just changed the domain. And when I saw that it needs an invitation, I thought they did it in order to fight spam. But I guess they are different platforms.
