Kick in the Butt - Lockdown Day #12

I know that this lockdown Coronavirus thing is annoying... and I know that most of you guys are in some kind of quarantine... either forced or self-isolation... and it's hard to focus on something else than the news about the number of cases, number of deaths, etc...

I'm the first that it is hooked... Before this, there were passing days that I didn't even turn on my TV... DAYS... And now, It turned on almost half of a day... Also, I was usually most of a day alone in my home, doing my online things... and last 12 days I'm 24/7 with my wife and son... It's hard for all of us, but we have to push on...

Regardless of all this, we HAVE time for ourselves... I bet you have time to invest in yourself... to learn something new, to create something, to engage with someone...

Try with creating a small list of tasks for the next day... Try to do 2-3 things online, try to be an ACTIVE participant in the community... Try to be a CREATOR and not just a CONSUMER...

Recipe for keeping Coronavirus away...

• Wash your hands more regularly, and a minimum of 20 seconds
• Avoid touching your face, mouth or nose,
• Keep distance when you are on the street (if you are not in a lockdown),
• Stay home if possible
• Wear masks if you have symptoms
