Banded Squats 🏋️♀️
Start with just the bar to get a feel for the bands and the new unstable environment. The concentric phase (on the way up) will now have linear force applied due to the band providing greater resistance. You will not needs as much weight as you would normally use especially if a beginner. Work your way up as you improve.
