Well, its still here, lots of them are here until they have fully powered down.

Also there is no guarantee that steem will go down to zero.

Justin had an issue, that issue has been resolved in a way, he may choice to take a breath and proceed as you wanted or he may say fuck this shit and cash out... and even if he cashes out no one says he won't find a way to pump the shit out of the price first
