Mutton Chapli Kabab
Today TRI-SIS Cuisine presents MUTTON CHAPLI KABAB. It’s a very popular dish of Peshawer – Pakistan. They are very delicious in taste. You can also freeze them without frying to be used later. You can serve it in high tea along with ketchup or sauces, you can also have it as school or office lunch.

Ingredients:
• Mutton Mince 1 Kg
• Green chili 1 tbsp (table spoon)
• Onion (chopped) 1 small size
• Ginger 2 tbsp
• Black Piper 1 ½ tsp
• Corn flour 2 tbsp
• Salt (As per taste)
• Garlic cloves 2 tbsp
• Cumin seed crushed 1 tbsp
• All spices 2 tsp
• Coriander 1 tbsp
• Butter melted 2 tbsp
• Tomato 2
• Red Chili 10 – 12 pcs
• Egg 1

Making:
 Add all ingredients in mutton mince and chop then for 2 – 3 times.
 Now cover it and marinade it for 3 to 4 hours.
 Then shape them and shallow fry.
 When kabab become golden then dish out.
 Tasty, delicious MUTTON CHAPLI KABAB are ready to serve.
