I definitely would not say it's one single thing. But many many mistakes over the course of the last few years leading to both creators and users abandoning the platform. One issue is signups, another being upload system is broken, another being youtube embeds which have plagued the site and have many many downsides. The consistent neglect isn't something we can fix by fixing the top issues
