My dad's area had a huge problems with tree limbs falling on power lines during wind and storms. It was a constant problem, our would go off after a fairly mild wind storm and almost 100% during any storm. It took several years for the power company to finally cut back everything so I can understand this issue. I'm surprised that a tropical place like Hawaii, which should have plenty of rain and consistently moist forest floors and trees it would burn as fast as it did. These people are idiots and should be held 100% responsible and should not only be removed but Arrested.
