3D-Printing a Big Fat Bass Pick (Thingiverse link in description)

Black PLA filament by Push Plastic. Excellent quality PLA imo. 😃

Monoprice Mini-Delta machine. Good quality prints, but really a pain the neck to operate, mechanically. 😝

Nothing sticks to the print-bed OR the glass without a raft, even if my brother and I keep the glass crystal clean and try hairspray.
The print-bed is barely capable of reaching and holding 60-degrees-C, so my brother and I keep the whole machine insulated with a thick blanket curtain and hot CFL lamp to keep the ambient temperature up inside.
This printer also has some kinds of software flaw that causes the nozzle to punch down into the print slightly whenever we pause it. This only leaves a hole in the print if it's far enough along when we give it the command......but grinds the printer's belts if we pause it immediately after the print starts, probably threatening the integrity of the glass bed!! 😱
