Making a travel depend on a PCR test is like depending on roulette result, as they are not as reliable as "they" want us to think.
Even the test creator, Kary Mullis, said that his test should not be used to diagnose people...

Hope that doesn't happen but to get positive in an rt-pcr test, doesn't mean you're sick. Try to get some answers regarding to the number of cycles they did on it. From what i read and saw on videos, it shouldn't be more than 30 cycles, but who knows what they do - it is quite easy to make just anyone be positive on that test. It's a matter of doing enough cycles.
Hope your situation gets sorted out asap. It sucks to be "trapped" in something like that.
