Hello to everyone. I hope we are all doing well Alhamdulillah. I want to thank @tarpan for the contest. I want to share my thoughts on why should an investor invest in steem.

First of all, you ask yourself whether you are doing short term investment or long term investment. Before you put your money or resources into something,you have to do research about it in to details. And every investor will look for a source where to put his or her resources in to get more of it. Steem is a decentralized blockchain. Steem platform is not scam but legit.

Steemit is a trusted blockchain. Steem is a social blockchain that grows communities and make immediate revenue streams possible for user's by rewarding them for sharing content. Steem can not be mine like other cryptocurrencies does.
Steem can also be describe as a blockchain-base blogging and social media website,which reward it's user's with the crypto currency STEEM for publishing and curating content.

From the explanation above,steem grows community and make immediate revenue. Every investor will not want to put in resources to a place that can not be trusted.It can be produce by posting quality contents that can earn you vote. The amount you get from your post will be shared to you those who upvotes your post. And it will pay in steem dollars. You then use the steem dollars to buy STEEM.
Steem blockchain reward user's who trust it by sharing quality contents, putting back gained steem to the blockchain that is powering up your steem. Powering up gives the blockchain the chance to also give massive votes to quality post.

Steem doesn't forced user's to do things they can't do,but they motivate through country reps and admin to always try posting good contents.
So to me,a place where you have your freedom is where you can invest without fear in you as an investor. So with the freedom in the blockchain,it keeps growing fast day-in-day-out.
There is nothing that shows the bad name of the blockchain. It doesn't need a short term investment like one year investment but a long term investment.
Since it is a decentralized platform decisions are not taking by those on top it gives freedom to everyone in the platform.
