1000 DAYS OF STEEM || THE DIARY GAME :(5/09/2020) || SATURDAY

Hello steemians, how are you all? I really hope that you all are doing really Great, this is my 10th diary entry let's start and talk about my today's activities.

In monring

Today I wake up at 4 am. I washed my mouth as soon as I woke up. And I started getting ready for the race. I wore shoes, dressed and left home to run. I played songs on my phone and started warming up. After some warm-up, I started running.

I ran 5 km but I was not happy because the time was too much for 5 km. My time had come for 23 minutes.

Exercises for a while after the race. After that, he sat for some time and rested. The body was sweating profusely. So I dried it. After that I left for home.

After some time I came home. After coming home, I was feeling very thirsty, so I asked for water from mom, they gave me water. I drank it after that I brushed my teeth and then bathed. I wore clothes after being fresh.

Mom gave me a running diet. The diet consisted of gram, peanuts, wet raisin and pomegranate etc. I ate it and put my phone on charging, after that I went to my room.

It was time for my study, so I sat on my study table and started studying. I studied till 11 o'clock. After that, when I started feeling hungry, I had breakfast.

In afternoon

I removed my phone from charging and opened the steemit and started using it. In that he gave notifications chack and replies to some comments. After that my friend got a call, he asked me to play pubg.

I opened the pubg game and started playing it. I played the pubg game 1 hour, won some matches and lost some. After that mom gave me lunch, I ate it. After eating food, I started feeling sleepy, so I put my phone on charging, after that I went to sleep.

In evening

At 5 o'clock in the evening my mother called me and she told me that it was 5 o'clock, and woke up. I quickly got up and washed my mouth. After a while I went to my terrace. There is a very good feeling there because the cold wind was blowing there. I took out my phone and started talking to my friend.

After some time talking on the phone, I heard some songs. It feels great listening to songs. After that, I came out from the roof, took the bike out of the house and went to meet friends. Talked with friends and enjoyed outside.

After some time we all bought Amul ice cream and ate it, its test was very good. After some time it was eight o'clock, so it was time for me to go home. I went home After coming home, I washed my hands and was ready to eat. After dinner, I studied for a while. After studying, I took out my phone and opened the steemit and started writing diary in it.

So that's all my today's activities.

I don't think "time" was too much. In fact, that's the best speed. If you covered 5 KM of running in just 23 mins, then it is 13 KM per hour speed. Except for those who run a marathon, many don't have such speed in their daily running schedule. Even I consider 10 KM per hour as good. The only point is that it should be regular.

The diet consisted of gram, peanuts, wet raisin and pomegranate etc.

That's a very healthy one. You should also ad almonds.
